- Recruitment of local leaders (min. 10 persons) to commit to ride (Do you have leaders or just whimps?)
- Performance tests for leaders, a 4- month individual mobility program + support, second performance tests.
- Economical effects of scaling BikeBusters to all residents.
- Cost effective top 5 actions to make it happen in your city.

PROBLEM: Aiming to reduce traffic emissions by 50 % before 2030, but car traffic volumes keeps on growing?
OUR SOLUTION: Sounds like you need our transport policy team to help. Our project consists of following phases:

- Economical analysis of reaching transport policy targets
- Identifying local bottlenecks and sore points through interviews
- Transport policy made real” workshops
- Action plan and 24/7 support for 6 months

How to plan winterproof active cities?
PROBLEM: A lively summer city, but dead during winter? Winter is seen as a problem to get rid of and a period to survive.
OUR SOLUTION: Our winter city team needs to come for a visit. Our team will make your city a year-round active city by following steps:
- Winterproof analysis of the city, winter audits of strategies, zoning plans, guidelines and detailed plans.
- Identifying local bottlenecks and sore points through interviews
- Action plan for making your city a winterproof one!

GOOD4HOOD
Inclusive resident-oriented sports sampling
PROBLEM: Inactive children, exclusive and expensive leisure time activities, social inactivity and lack of safety in the neighborhoods.
OUR SOLUTION: Let’s make good things happen in da hood! We got the recipe for social and physical inclusion by:
- Identifying and engagement of local stakeholders of a pilot area
- Education of adults and parents and local stakeholders to reach consensus of needed actions.
- Creation and adaption of Good4Hood action plan, deployment of support systems.
- Start of pilot area activities, 24/7 support for stakeholders for 6 months.
